If the Client cancels the event more than 30 days prior to the event date, the retainer fee will be refunded.
● If the event is canceled within 30 days of the event date, the retainer will be forfeited. ● If the Planner is unable to perform the agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will receive a full refund of any payments made.
